Location

Entumoto Private Safari Camp is elevated in the hills of the Megwarra escarpment. It is part of the Siana conservancy, on the border of the Masai Mara, between the park gates Oloolaimutia and Sekenani. The camp is in a secluded valley with its own private conservancy, teaming with game.

The nearest entrance to the Masai Mara is the Sekenani gate which is a 30 minute game drive from the camp through our conservancy.

How to get here

The best way to come is flying from Wilson airport in Nairobi. The flight is 45 minutes and there are several regular flights every day. At the Mara Keekorok airstrip you will be received by our guides, who will take you to the camp. The adventure starts immediately and on the way to the camp (40 minutes drive) you will see zebras, giraffe, buffalo, antelopes, elephants and sometimes leopards or lions.

From Keekorok Airstrip you can also fly on to Mombasa or Lewa north of Mount Kenya or other destinations in Kenya.

The other option is by car, it is 240 km from Nairobi on a largely good road for 3/4 hours. We can book you a transfer to pick you up from your hotel in Nairobi and drive you to the camp. This is a nice way to see the Kenyan countryside and is the cheapest option if you are looking to cut down the costs.

Full Board and All-Inclusive

We offer two types of trip full board and all-inclusive. Full board includes your accommodation, three delicious meals a day and those activities happening within the camp - however you will need to provide your car and guide for the safari and you may not get the “true” Entumoto experience. Full board guests can however benefit from our skilled guides, open Land Cruisers, walking safaris and other activities by paying as they go.

An all-inclusive trip sees all the benefits of full board as well as all activities such as game drives by our professional guides - whose knowledge of the area cannot be matched - walking safaris, bush meals, sundowners and unlimited access to the bar.
