Activities

At Entumoto Safari Camp, every day is an adventure. Head out on a game drive or a walking safari, spotting wildlife and soaking in the bush. Pause for a sundowner or a bush meal, then return to relax — take a dip in the pool, unwind in the sauna, or stretch out with a sunset yoga session.

For a deeper connection, visit a local Maasai village or the rescue centre supported by Entumoto, or spend a night under the stars on a wild camping experience.

Game drives

Game drives

Close encounters with wildlife are part of everyday life — safely experienced from our open Land Cruisers with expert Maasai guides who bring the bush to life through their deep knowledge of nature and culture.

Explore both the Maasai Mara Game Reserve and our own Mara Siana Conservancy, where off-road freedom offers even closer views. As night falls, head out again for a rare glimpse of nocturnal wildlife and big cats under the stars.

Walking safaris

Walking safaris

While walks are not allowed inside the Maasai Mara, guests can step into the wild within our Mara Siana Conservancy. Led by our Maasai guides and askaris, these walks offer a rare, intimate look at the bush — from fresh tracks and medicinal plants to the hidden lives of smaller creatures.

Choose a scenic hill walk with breathtaking views over the valley, or a nature walk through the conservancy.

Bush meals

Bush meals

We love arranging bush meals — whether out in the Mara or in our own conservancy. It is the perfect way to enjoy a full day on safari without heading back to camp. We will pack a freshly prepared meal for you to savour under the shade of an acacia tree, surrounded by endless plains and roaming wildlife.

Sundowners

Sundowners

Experience the magic of an African sunset from one of our favourite viewpoints in the conservancy. As the sky turns gold and crimson, we set up a cosy bushfire and serve wines, beers and spirits. The evening ends with a short night drive back to camp — a chance to spot nocturnal animals as they begin to stir.

Visit a Maasai village

Visit a Maasai village

The Mara Siana Conservancy exists thanks to land leased from local Maasai families — a partnership that allows us to offer authentic, respectful insights into Maasai culture. Guests can visit nearby manyattas to learn about daily traditions, join in song and dance, and see the artistry of traditional beadwork.

Visit the girls' Rescue Centre

Visit the girls' Rescue Centre

We invite visitors to connect with our community work through Bridge 2 Future, which supports education and the local Rescue Centre — a safe haven for girls escaping early marriage and FGM. Hearing their stories and witnessing their resilience is a deeply moving experience.

Pool, sauna & spa

Pool, sauna & spa

After a day in the bush, few things feel better than a dip in our pool or a quiet moment on the sun deck overlooking the valley. Our wood-fired Nordic sauna is a perfect way to unwind in the cooler evenings.

Relax with a massage in our peaceful spa next to the pool — several treatments are available to ease tension after a day on safari.

Balloon safaris

Balloon safaris

Drift silently over the Maasai Mara at sunrise, watching herds move across the plains far below, and land to a champagne breakfast in the bush. We are happy to arrange balloon flights for you — just let us know when you book.

Conservancy bike rides or running

Conservancy bike rides or running

We have a stunning bike ride around the conservancy. The loop is relatively flat, so it suits all levels and gives you a great chance to cycle close to giraffe and other plains game.

If you wish to run we can organise a guide, with a vehicle following as a safety precaution — hop on at any time if you run out of steam.

And more, on request

Wild camping under the stars, cooking classes with our chef and private bush dinners can all be arranged. Just ask us when you book.
